After 10 years’ experience in corporate sector, Bike has aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle and improve wellness in her life through a holistic approach including all aspects; body, mind and spirit. Committed to provide extensive fitness counseling and therapeutic yoga sessions, she aims to challenge students both physically and mentally with uplifting music, enlightening about stress management. Through intention, meditation, pranayama and asana, her goal is to have her students leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed. She is a motivated yoga instructor with advanced training in Yoga and specialization in stress management and depression, back pain and digestive system. She has taught at Shanti Yoga Camp and holds regular classes in Istanbul.
With over 15 years’ experience in contemporary dance and modern tango, she has also taken several roles as a dancer in art festivals and shows since her bachelor degree.
